About

Rebecca Hodges is the Founder and Principal of House of Hodges, a St. Louis–based interior designer and project manager serving clients nationwide. Her work is deeply influenced by environment, architecture, storytelling, and the life unfolding within it. Rather than subscribing to one particular design aesthetic, Rebecca approaches each project through a deeply personal lens, drawing inspiration from meaningful client connection and thoughtfully uncovering the details that make a home feel authentic to the people living within it.

From 2015 to 2020, Rebecca maintained the aesthetic integrity of RH Chicago Gallery at the Three Arts Club, a 75,000-square-foot interior design gallery located in Chicago’s historic Gold Coast neighborhood. During her tenure, she played an integral role in supporting an innovative retail concept that attracted high-end interior design clientele from around the world. It was there that Rebecca refined her eye for curation, spatial planning, and the layered details that define luxury living.

Known within the design community for her resourcefulness, agility, and hands-on approach, Rebecca has built a reputation for balancing creativity with execution. Her experience spans project management, installation direction, prop styling, design consulting, and lifestyle-focused home organization; all approached with an unwavering commitment to quality and client experience. She is also well known for exquisite bedding and layered bed styling; believing that a beautifully made bed is one of the most important elements in creating a luxurious and inviting home.

A deep appreciation for preservation and restoration is woven throughout Rebecca’s work. She is especially drawn to antiques, heirloom furnishings, and restored vintage lighting, believing these elements bring soul, warmth, and authenticity into a home in a way that newly manufactured pieces often cannot. Over the years, she has cultivated a personal collection of vintage lighting and antiques, thoughtfully sourcing pieces she may later incorporate into projects when the home and story feel aligned. Rebecca believes the most compelling interiors are those that feel layered, collected over time, and deeply connected to the people living within them.

Since relocating from Chicago and establishing herself in St. Louis, Rebecca has found an extraordinary community of artisans, vendors, creatives, and fellow designers who continually rally behind and support her work. A strong believer in the importance of design community, she is equally passionate about supporting and uplifting other interior designers whenever her schedule allows.

In 2020, Rebecca founded House of Hodges, a bespoke interior design and project management firm tailored to the needs of discerning clientele and the design industry alike. Known for a highly personalized and discreet approach, the firm values trust and confidentiality, with non-disclosure agreements available within every client contract.

Rebecca’s work is ultimately driven by one belief: a home should feel beautifully lived in, thoughtfully layered, and reflective of the people who call it home.
